Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Cairo, for a Pre Post Sales Engineer. The Pre Post Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting technical proposals, assisting and consulting customers with product information, providing pre-sales technical assistance, and conducting presentations or demonstrations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, offering high-quality technical support, and collaborating with the sales team to address client needs and design solutions tailored to their requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support with the ability to analyze and propose technical solutions
• Strong Sales and Customer Service capabilities with a customer-oriented approach
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work proactively in complex environments
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with light current systems and a technical background in related technologies is advantageous

Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£12,000.00 per month
