Technical Support Specialist | French Speaker

Position: Bilingual Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and assess client readiness for software upgrades.
  • Perform software upgrade installations.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate level of support when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions, issues, and solutions in the support system.
  • Collect data on recurring issues and maintain support documentation to facilitate resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent French verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computer tools.
  • Professional attitude, discretion, and strong team collaboration skills.
