Pre-Sales Engineer – BMS

Key Responsibilities

1) Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals

2) Review tender drawings and prepare accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities)

3) Estimate BMS project costs based on specifications and drawings

4) Visit clients, contractors, and consultants to identify business opportunities

5) Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers

6) Analyze and interpret client requirements and propose suitable solutions

7) Prepare and price quotations for clients and contractors

8) Negotiate tender and contract terms effectively

9) Close sales by agreeing on terms and conditions with clients

10) Provide after-sales support and client account management

11) Monitor and analyze costs, sales performance, and profitability

12) Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management

13) Maintain accurate records of clients, contractors, and consultants

14) Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

15) Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events

16) Deliver technical presentations and demonstrate system capabilities

17) Provide pre-sales technical support and product knowledge to clients

18) Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop solutions

19) Assist in designing customized BMS solutions

20) Troubleshoot and resolve client/end-user issues

21) Contribute to project execution, including testing and commissioning of BMS systems

Qualifications & Experience

⁠ ⁠Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), or related field

⁠ ⁠Minimum 5 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) or a relevant field

⁠ ⁠Strong technical, communication, and negotiation skills

⁠ ⁠Experience in BMS estimation, testing, and commissioning is essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD600.000 - BD700.000 per month
