Technical Sales Executive (Outdoor) – Construction Chemicals

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Executive to promote and sell construction chemical products in Bahrain. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, maintaining relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and government clients, and achieving sales targets for leading brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell construction chemical products, including:
  • Waterproofing systems
  • Concrete repair and protection materials
  • Flooring solutions
  • Sealants and adhesives
  • Grouts and anchoring systems
  • Roofing and insulation solutions
  • Concrete admixtures
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Bahrain.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and government entities.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and site visits.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and negotiate contracts.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and technical teams to ensure proper product selection and application.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales of construction chemicals, building materials, or related products in Bahrain or the GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of construction chemical, waterproofing, grouting products.
  • Established network with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders in Bahrain.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales monthly targets.
  • Valid Bahrain driving license preferred.

Pay: BD300.000 per hour
