About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to support our Building Management Systems (BMS) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) solutions portfolio. The role is focused on bridging customer requirements with technical solutions, enabling sales teams to win complex building automation and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, solution design experience, and strong customer engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct technical discovery to understand customer infrastructure, challenges, and requirements.
- Design system architectures and develop tailored solutions that align with our product offerings.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop technical proposals, bills of materials, cost estimates, and RFQ/RFP responses.
- Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BMS and ELV technologies, building automation protocols, and industry trends.
- Conduct customer training sessions, webinars, and workshops to ensure proper system understanding and adoption.
- Support project estimation, delivery planning, and provide technical assistance during project execution.
- Monitor competitive solutions and provide market intelligence to support sales and product strategy.
Requirements
Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of experience in BMS and/or ELV systems design, implementation, or technical sales.
- At least 3 years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions architecture roles.
- Strong knowledge of building automation systems, HVAC controls, lighting control, and energy management solutions.
- Hands-on experience with BMS platforms, ELV systems (fire, security, access control, structured cabling), and integration across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in building automation protocols: BACnet, Modbus, KNX, LON, Z-Wave.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with consultants, contractors, and facility managers.
- Previous experience in the GCC or similar markets is preferred.
