Pre-sales Engineer- Network & CCTV

Job Description:

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer – Network & CCTV who will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing technical solutions, and supporting the sales team in winning projects. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge of networking, surveillance systems, and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

· Work with the sales team to understand customer needs and prepare suitable technical proposals.

· Design and present CCTV, networking, and security system solutions.

· Prepare BOQs, drawings, and system layouts based on client requirements.

· Conduct site surveys to assess technical needs for CCTV and network installations.

· Provide pre-sales technical support and assist in preparing tenders or RFPs.

· Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product selection and pricing.

· Support the project and technical teams during installation and handover.

· Stay updated with new products, technologies, and market trends in networking and surveillance.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in pre-sales or technical support (Network & CCTV).

· Knowledge of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and CCTV systems (IP, NVR, DVR).

· Experience with brands like Hikvision, Dahua, Cisco, or Ubiquiti is a plus.

· Good communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to prepare technical documents and drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage).
