PRE SALES ENGINEER (NETWORK ENGINEER)

• Efficiently execute technical tasks, including system setup, configuration, and testing.
• Support the pre-sales process by assisting the sales team with technical inputs and solution guidance.
• Coordinate with the Pre-Sales team to provide product knowledge, clear communication, and responses to FAQs.
• Collaborate with the Proposals and Planning teams to deliver technical support for project requirements.
• Manage and maintain network security infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, switches, and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and provide timely support for networking-related issues.
• Demonstrate professionalism in conduct and behavior, including integrity, discipline, positive attitude, responsibility, and adaptability.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management as part of operational needs.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
