Pre-Sales Engineer/Executive

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Pre-Sales Executive / Engineer with a strong background in the UAE IT industry. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by designing tailored IT solutions, preparing proposals, and engaging in technical discussions with clients to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to gather client requirements and design customized IT solutions
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept sessions to clients
• Analyze RFPs/RFQs and create accurate technical and commercial proposals
• Provide solution architecture, product comparisons, and competitive analysis
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, vendors, and technologies
• Liaise with internal technical teams and vendors for solution design and pricing
• Ensure proposed solutions align with UAE market standards and client expectations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of Pre-Sales experience in the UAE IT sector
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and enterprise technologies
• Familiarity with leading vendors like Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, Dell, HP, AWS, etc.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
• UAE driving license is a plus
