Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer – MEP Solutions with a strong engineering background and proven sales skills to drive the full sales cycle for electromechanical (MEP) projects. The role will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, technical-commercial proposals, negotiations, and closing contracts for supply, installation, and maintenance services.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities (developers, main contractors, consultants, facility owners, FM companies).
  • Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, technical-commercial proposals, negotiation, contract closing, and handover to project teams.
  • Prepare accurate commercial proposals, scope definitions, and cost estimates in coordination with engineering and procurement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and strategic partners to support bids and project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to verify requirements and produce fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Present technical solutions (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, controls) in clear commercial terms.
  • Maintain CRM with pipeline, forecasts, and activity reports; achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in client meetings, pre-bid conferences, and negotiation sessions.
  • Provide input to pricing strategies, contract terms.
  • Support after-sales: ensure smooth transition to operations for installations and maintenance contracts; follow up on client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.

· 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in MEP contracting, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, or building services.

· Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and installation/maintenance practices.

· Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

· Proven experience in preparing proposals and handling tender processes.

· Existing network of contacts with developers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers is a strong advantage.

· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and AutoCAD/estimating software is a plus.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle is a Must.

KPIs & Targets

· Number of qualified leads per month.

· Value of proposals submitted and win-rate percentage.

· Contracts closed and revenue per quarter.

· Gross margin achievement.

· Customer satisfaction and repeat business rate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
