Pre-Sales Estimation Engineer

Sunrise Oasis Lighting, a Dubai-based company, is searching for a passionate and results-oriented Lighting Sales Specialist to join our growing pre-sales team. In this role, you will leverage your lighting expertise and customer service skills to develop new business opportunities, generate sales, and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with clients (architects, contractors, designers, homeowners) to understand their lighting needs and project requirements.
• Utilize AutoCAD software to analyse lighting plans and specifications, determining the appropriate lighting fixtures and quantities for each project.
• Prepare detailed and competitive quotes, including product specifications, pricing, and labour estimations.
• Present lighting solutions to clients, effectively communicating the benefits and features of various products.
• Follow up with clients to address their questions and concerns, ensuring a smooth sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer records and project details.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest lighting technologies, trends, and energy-efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (purchasing, engineering) to ensure project fulfilment.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and company growth objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum experience in lighting sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of various lighting fixtures, applications, and technologies (LED, incandescent, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software for lighting design and plan analysis is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and develop trust.
• Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding expectations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hindi or English is preferred.
• Female candidates is preferred.
