We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Executive with experience in the Manpower/Recruitment industry.Experience Required:<ul><li>3&ndash;4 years of relevant experience</li><li>Background in Manpower Consultancy/Recruitment industry is mandatory</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead generation and client acquisition</li><li>Proposal preparation and writing</li><li>Coordinating with clients for business requirements</li><li>Supporting the sales team in business development activities</li><li>Building and maintaining strong client relationships</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Strong knowledge of proposal drafting and pre-sales activities</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet targets</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Business Development : 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
