About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Intern to support our Business Development and Sales team. The intern will assist in proposal preparation, identifying potential partners, managing email marketing campaigns, and capturing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in pre-sales operations, proposal management, and business development using Microsoft tools and collaboration platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal & Documentation Support:
- Assist in drafting, formatting, and reviewing RFP/RFQ responses, presentations, and capability documents.
- Organize and maintain proposal templates and related materials on Microsoft SharePoint.
- Opportunity Tracking:
- Research and monitor government and private portals for new business opportunities.
- Update and maintain an opportunity tracker in SharePoint with release dates, deadlines, and key details.
- Partnership Development:
- Identify and reach out to potential business or staffing partners for joint bidding and collaborations.
- Maintain a partner contact database and coordinate communications via Outlook or Teams.
- Email Marketing & Outreach:
- Support creation and scheduling of marketing and outreach emails.
- Manage and segment contact lists for targeted campaigns.
- Market & Competitor Research:
- Conduct background research on clients, competitors, and industry trends to support business strategies.
- Prepare summary reports and presentations in PowerPoint for management review.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of RFPs, proposals, or B2B marketing is an advantage.
