Roles & Responsibilities
Marketing & Lead Generation

Leverage Zoho CRM to manage lead and deals to follow the marketing and sales SOP.

Conduct cold outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn) to generate leads and secure virtual meetings.

Utilize import-export data platforms for market analysis and lead identification.

Identify and participate in local and international expos, converting leads into orders.

Promote the company through personal social media like LinkedIn and outreach through WhatsApp.

Engage in Pitch preparation targeting – specific Industry/ Process/Product/Specific Customer.

Create high quality case studies based on the existing projects to promote our success stories to potential leads/prospects.

Develop, co-ordinate and closely work with Frigaters to idealize specific products and processes based upon their strength and availability

Conduct in-depth research to identify global market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to shape marketing efforts and prioritize high-potential regions.
Business Development & Pre-sales:

Generate a minimum of 8 RFQs or virtual meetings per month, focusing on overseas prospects.

Engage with potential prospects, understand their engineering needs, and propose suitable solutions.

Handle prospect enquiries, RFQs, and RFIs, ensuring prompt responses and follow-ups.

Continuously nurture the leads and prospects to convert them as a customer.

Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives across business units to get multiple RFQs and Orders

Make outbound calls to gather client feedback and reviews after the project is completed for continuous improvement.

Develop and implement global marketing strategies that align with business goals.

Create region-specific plans to address cultural and market differences.
Requirements

Strong communication (both verbal & written) and organizational skills are mandatory

Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, with excitement for the idea of managing multiple responsibilities in parallel

Should be detail-oriented problem-solvers who are able to employ leadership, critical thinking, and time management skills

Should welcome iterative approaches to problem-solving while being capable of building general solution frameworks for common problems

Should have some understanding of technical aspects in order to efficiently structure & update technical documentation

Qualification

Current BE or outgoing BE students with specialization in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or any other relevant field
