Description of Key Job Duties:

Act as the technical-commercial interface between customers and internal teams to ensure BESS solutions meet client needs and project goals.

Engage key stakeholders across MEA (utilities, developers, EPCs, industrial customers) to drive BESS adoption.

Collaborate with engineering teams to develop system sizing, technical specifications, and high-level financial models.

Provide consultative guidance on BESS applications, local regulations, and market trends.

Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses highlighting technical value and ROI.

Support sales strategy, contract negotiations, and seamless handover to execution teams.

Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to refine sales approach and solution positioning.
Skills Requirements:

3+ years of experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or related technologies.

Strong technical knowledge of BESS, PCS, SCADA/EMS, relevant standards like IEC, UL, electricity markets, and related systems.

Experience with local grid regulations, permitting processes, and incentive mechanisms within MEA is highly desirable.

Proven ability to translate technical solutions into commercial value and contribute to sales performance.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Fluency in English is required; additional regional languages are a plus.
