What you will do?

• Advocate our services and solutions to existing customers and prospects.
• Drive and promote the value of solutions for customer business challenges – create, articulate and sustain value
• Determines customer business and technical requirements in advance and performs regular off-site/on-site meetings. Regular customer visits, travel to conferences and other relevant events as required
• Comprehension of rapidly evolving competitive technologies and how they compare/contrast or complement our offerings
• Communicate customer-specific value of solutions
• Work with teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers
• Delivers and customizes technical presentations and demonstrations
• Provides value-based, technical support throughout the sales cycle to drive opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
• 7 to 12 years of experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or technical consulting in customer-facing roles
• 2+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, solution architecture, software architecture
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
• Expert-level presentation, customer service, business acumen and negotiation skills at all levels of customer engagement
• Excellent Spoken English Skills with persuasive communication abilities
