Now, to strengthen our procurement team at Istanbul HQ, we are seeking a Technical Procurement Engineer who will play a strategic role in our supply chain management.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Procurement Engineer, you will:

·    Lead the end-to-end procurement process for technical materials, machinery, and equipment,

·    Coordinate domestic and international supplier negotiations, obtain quotations, and ensure competitive sourcing,

·    Perform detailed market research and develop supplier databases for strategic purchasing,

·    Carry out cost and price analysis to support decision-making and improve budget efficiency,

·    Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts in alignment with project and company standards,

·    Evaluate offers from multiple suppliers and negotiate best terms regarding price, quality, delivery deadlines, and payment,

·    Contribute to supply chain optimization, ensuring timeliness, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness,

·    Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans,

·    Support large-scale international sports facility and steel structure projects, working closely with project managers, engineers, and logistics teams,

·    Report procurement performance to management and propose innovative solutions for sourcing challenges.

✅ Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

·    🎓 A Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Metallurgical-Materials, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering,

·    💼 At least 3 years of professional experience in procurement and supply chain management,

·    🌐 Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) for effective international communication,

·    💻 Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook),

·    🚗 A valid B-class driving license and active driving skills,

·    ✈️ No travel restrictions, availability for domestic and international business trips,

·    ➕ Preferably experience in construction, industrial facilities, or iron-steel sector procurement.
