As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you will act as the technical and business bridge between enterprise customers and our product capabilities. You’ll design, present, and deliver AI-powered solutions using COOL AI’s platform to help organizations automate workflows and scale their business with intelligent systems. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive high-quality solution engagements, lead technical discussions, and ensure clients receive clear, tailored, and high-impact solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and present tailored AI solutions leveraging COOL AI’s AI Workforce and Agent OS platform.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and understand client needs.

  • Conduct product demos and proof-of-concepts, articulating clear business value and ROI.

  • Draft technical proposals and lead technical discussions with enterprise customers.

  • Work with product and engineering teams to align solutions with product capabilities and client goals.

  • Lead customer enablement through hands-on training, onboarding, and ongoing support to drive self-sufficiency on COOL AI's platform.

  • Represent COOL AI at exhibitions, client meetings, and partner events to support growth in the region.

  • Maintain solution documentation, pipeline visibility, and pre-sales enablement materials.
