Job Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and technically competent Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in crane or heavy equipment sales, a strong network within the construction sector, and the ability to develop and close new business opportunities.

You will be responsible for identifying clients, managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and following through until deal closure — while coordinating closely with our operations and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Tower Cranes, Hoists, and Lifting Equipment (sales and rental).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, developers, and construction companies.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Follow up with clients on submitted offers and negotiate contracts to successful closure.
  • Coordinate with the erection and service departments to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and report progress to management.
  • Attend site meetings, client presentations, and exhibitions when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience in sales of Tower Cranes, Hoists, or Heavy Construction Equipment within the UAE/GCC.
  • Strong network of contacts within construction companies and contractors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
