Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Supply Chain Management (SCM) having WMS knowledge is a plus, particularly within ERP environments. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring seamless solution design, deployment, and optimization for global clients. Expertise in SCM modules (Purchasing, Procurement, Inventory Management and Order Management) is essential.

Profile Requirement:

• 3+ years of IT industry work experience including Finance and Supply chain systems analysis, solution design, and deployment using tier 1 ERPs and/or other customized solutions
• 2+ years of experience working on Purchasing, Inventory Management and Order Management modules
• Fair technical knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and programming basics is a plus
• Strong knowledge of MS office tools (MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
• Should have ability and fair experience of mapping financial and supply chain business requirements to practical software solutions
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or Accounting & finance.
• Knowledge and working experience of Software Quality Assurance (QA) is a huge plus.
• Hands on Experience on Integrations and process.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with SCM business process owners to analyze, document, and translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Support end-to-end ERP/software deployments for international clients, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Map supply chain workflows to software capabilities, recommending enhancements and submitting change requests.
• Conduct gap analysis, propose solutions, and configure systems to meet cross-functional needs.
• Plan and Perform various test cycles like integration testing, regression testing, load testing during various phases of product development.
• Develop comprehensive documentation: BRDs, FDDs, test scripts, process flows (Visio), and user manuals.
• Work with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity (basic SQL/PLSQL knowledge preferred).
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for global stakeholders.
