Pre-Sales/Estimation Engineer (ELV Systems)

Job Description: Pre-Sales/Estimation Engineer (ELV Systems) – Abu Dhabi Position

We are hiring an ELV & ICT Pre-Sales/Estimation Engineer for our company in Abu Dhabi, experienced in Low Current System such as CCTV, Access Control, ICT and Structured Cabling.
Knowledge of ADMCC or certified

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Design and Estimation for all Low Current Systems such as Structured Cabling, CCTV , Access Control, ICT Network Infrastructure, Gate Barrier, SMATV, IPTV , AV System, Nurse calling system and Light Control Systems.

· Full knowledge of Etisalat and Du regulations for structured cabling requirements.

· Preparation of accurate and systematic project plan.

· Preparing Technical submittal for Bid Submission.

· Proactively meet customer together with the sales team to explain the offering details; understand customer needs; understanding what competition is offering and provide a cost-effective value engineering solution.

· Maintain Vendor Relation.

· System Architectures Design for all ELV systems.

· Preparation of sourcing plan.

· Planning the process including coordination with 3rd party and internal resources.

· Maintain and retrieval of estimation data, and to apply innovative methods to achieve the best results.

· Screening and coordination with customers and contractors to ensure scope of work between vendor and customers are clearly defined.

· Developing negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategy and operations, examining risks and potentials, estimating clients’ needs and goals.

· Assist customers and partners with hands on technical assistance for demonstrations, trials, and proof of concept projects.

· Develop a close relationship with sales staff in the territory and work as a team to drive the business.

· Coordinate with Drafting team for system design and bill of quantity.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· BSC Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Communication Engineering, Telecommunications.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in ELV system sales in the UAE market.
