  • JOB PURPOSE:

Achieve the planned sales turnover and market coverage through regular visits to all sales outlets as per route plan while maintaining the highest standards of performance 100% product availability by customer.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new food service accounts, including restaurants, caterers, hotels, schools, and other institutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass sales volume, revenue, and profitability goals.
  • Present and demonstrate products to potential and existing clients, showcasing features, benefits, and applications.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure sales and ensure profitability.
  • Client Relationship Management:

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food service or a related industry. A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-disciplined.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred, but not always required depending on experience.


Experience:


0-2 years’ relevant experience in FMCG preferred Dairy background.
