Precast AutoCAD Draftsman

We are looking for an experienced Precast AutoCAD Draftsman with 3+ years of hands-on experience in precast concrete detailing.

Key Responsibilities

• Shop Drawing Production: Develop detailed 2D/3D shop drawings, elevations, and sections for precast concrete components.
• Production Tickets: Create precise piece tickets for plant fabrication, including rebar, embedded items, and lifting inserts.
• Technical Coordination: Interpret architectural and structural drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Clash Detection: Coordinate with other disciplines to identify and resolve potential construction conflicts.
• Revisions & Documentation: Modify drawings based on engineer feedback and maintain organized records of revisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Software Proficiency: Expert-level skills in AutoCAD.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of precast concrete manufacturing, structural design, and construction methods.
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in drafting and dimensioning.
• Communication: Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with production staff and engineers.

• Typically 3+years of relevant experience.
