Job Summary

We are seeking a Precast Draughtsman with 2–4 years of experience in precast concrete detailing. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate shop drawings, reinforcement drawings, and production drawings for precast concrete elements in coordination with structural engineers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare precast shop drawings based on structural and architectural drawings.
• Develop reinforcement detailing drawings for precast elements such as walls, beams, slabs, columns, stairs, and façade panels.
• Produce production drawings for factory manufacturing.
• Prepare General Arrangement (GA) drawings and erection drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to resolve design or drawing issues.
• Revise drawings based on consultant or engineer comments.
• Ensure drawings follow project specifications and precast standards.
• Maintain drawing documentation and revisions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting.
• 2–4 years of experience in precast detailing.
• Good understanding of precast elements and reinforcement detailing.
• Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of bar bending schedules (BBS) is an advantage.

Software Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Tekla Structures is preferred.

Skills

• Attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
