About the Role
As a Precision CNC Machinist, you will play a vital role in transforming raw materials into high-complexity components for advanced industrial applications. You will leverage your expertise in multi-axis machining and programming to ensure our production output meets the highest standards of engineering excellence.
Responsibilities-
Interpret complex engineering blueprints, GD&T specifications, and work orders to execute precise machining operations.

Perform full-cycle setups and shop-floor programming for multi-axis CNC mills and lathes to produce intricate, non-routine parts.

Optimize production workflows by debugging first-run programs and refining machining parameters for maximum efficiency.

Execute advanced machining tasks, including compound angles, complex indexing, and non-standard thread cutting.

Collaborate with the engineering team to adapt conventional machine tools for unique component configurations.

Maintain high-quality standards by performing in-process inspections and troubleshooting equipment to minimize downtime.
Qualifications-
7-10 years of professional experience in a high-precision manufacturing environment.

Advanced proficiency in CNC programming, editing, and machine setup.

Expert-level ability to read and interpret complex fabrication drawings and GD&T.

Strong mathematical aptitude, specifically in geometry and trigonometry.

Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
