Prelitigation Attorney

Job Title: Pre-Litigation Attorney
Location: Remote (Based in Atlanta, GA)

• Manage personal injury cases during the pre-litigation phase
• Review claims, assess liability, and negotiate settlements
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
• Prepare demand packages and ensure timely case resolution
• Must be licensed in Georgia with 2+ years of PI or pre-litigation experience

Pay: $133,052.56 - $228,570.18 per year
