We’re Hiring: Full-Time Premiere Pro Video Editor (YouTube Cashcow Documentary-Style Videos)

We are looking for a talented Premiere Pro Video Editor to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have solid experience creating faceless, documentary-style YouTube videos and will handle the entire post-production process — from sourcing visuals to final delivery — with speed, creativity, and precision.

Requirements:

● Proven experience editing YouTube cashcow documentary-style videos using Adobe Premiere Pro
● Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure to maintain viewer engagement
● Ability to source all visual and audio assets, including stock footage, images, and archival material
● Proficiency in sound design, audio mixing, and background music integration
● Skilled in motion graphics and animation to elevate visual storytelling
● Fast turnaround time and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
● Must bring and use own laptop and editing setup
● Must be available to start immediately
