Ollin Surfaces California is seeking a distinguished Sales Consultant to join our team of industry professionals. While experience in the luxury stone, kitchen & bath, appliances, or interior design industries is highly preferred, we recognize that true talent transcends boundaries. Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with architects, designers, builders, and homeowners, acting as a trusted advisor in their material selection process.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our curated inventory, articulating the unique geological characteristics and aesthetic value of our materials.
  • Drive sales growth through strategic outreach and meticulous follow-through, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to luxury and service.
  • Collaborate effectively with the internal team to ensure seamless project execution, from initial selection to final delivery.
  • Contribute to the overall strategic vision of the sales department, offering insights and creative ideas to elevate our market position.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales process from initial contact to post-sale support.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and pricing options.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in CRM.
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and competitor offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and follow-ups.
  • Create 2D elevations to clearly communicate design concepts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury sales, preferably within the design, stone, or architectural industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cohesively within a team structure to achieve company-wide targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to articulate complex concepts with clarity and grace.
  • A passion for design, architecture, and the transformative power of exceptional materials.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in kitchen cabinetry or luxury home products.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, interior design, or a related field (preferred).
  • Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of kitchen design principles and current trends.
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.83 - $25.02 per hour
