Premium Lifestyle Concierge - Arabic & English Speaking Riyadh

As a Dedicated Lifestyle Virtual Concierge, you will become the trusted right hand to a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, managing every aspect of their lifestyle needs with discretion, efficiency, and a deeply personalized approach.

From securing last-minute reservations at the world's most sought-after venues to curating bespoke experiences and handling complex requests, you will act as a single point of contact, ensuring every interaction feels effortless and exceptional.

This role is ideal for a service-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and understands the nuances of luxury, privacy, and cultural expectations within the Middle Eastern market.

What you will be doing

  • High-Net-Worth Client Relationship Management - Serve as the dedicated lifestyle partner for a select portfolio of high-net-worth clients. Build long-term, trust-based relationships, anticipating needs and delivering highly personalized, discreet service at every touchpoint.
  • End-to-End Lifestyle Concierge Services - Manage a wide range of lifestyle requests including dining reservations, entertainment, events, shopping, gifting, wellness, and day-to-day personal assistance. Handle complex, last-minute, and high-pressure requests with calm efficiency.
  • Luxury Experience Curation - Design and deliver bespoke lifestyle experiences tailored to individual client preferences - from exclusive access and VIP events to once-in-a-lifetime moments. Continuously seek opportunities to elevate and personalize each experience.
  • Arabic Market Expertise & Cultural Awareness - Provide seamless service in both Arabic and English. Apply strong cultural understanding of Middle Eastern clients, including expectations around privacy, discretion, family dynamics, and service etiquette.
  • Global Network & Supplier Management - Leverage and grow a network of premium suppliers, partners, and venues globally. Negotiate access, priority bookings, and VIP privileges to deliver exceptional value and exclusive experiences.
  • Virtual Service Excellence - Operate as a highly responsive, digitally savvy concierge across multiple communication channels (phone, email, messaging). Deliver fast, accurate, and polished communication at all times.
  • Collaboration & Quality Delivery - Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless, end-to-end service experience. Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance standards are met, and actively identify opportunities to introduce additional lifestyle services.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in luxury concierge, lifestyle management, hospitality, or high-end customer service
  • Proven experience supporting high-net-worth or VIP clients in a personalized, high-touch environment
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex, last-minute, and multi-faceted lifestyle requests
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote service environment, managing clients across multiple channels
  • Background in luxury travel or event coordination is advantageous

Skills & Knowledge

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (professional working proficiency required)
  • Strong understanding of high-net-worth client expectations, particularly within the Middle Eastern market
  • Exceptional communication skills with a polished, professional, and service-driven tone
  • Highly resourceful with the ability to source solutions quickly and creatively
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Commercial awareness with a natural ability to identify opportunities to enhance and upsell services
  • High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and cultural sensitivity

Desirable Certifications

  • Hospitality or concierge-related qualifications (e.g. Les Clefs d'Or, hospitality diplomas)
  • Exposure to luxury concierge platforms or CRM systems
  • Background in luxury retail, events, or premium guest services environments

Work Location

This position is 100% office-based in Riyadh. Candidates must be willing and able to work full-time from our Riyadh office; remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.
