Role Overview

We are seeking a professional and motivated Premium Property Consultant to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with clients seeking high‑value properties. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage the full sales cycle while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process for premium residential and investment properties.
• Conduct property presentations, viewings, and client consultations.
• Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Stay informed about new project launches, community insights, and competitive offerings.
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales, preferably in the premium or luxury segment.
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market or willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
• Professional appearance and a client‑focused approach.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
