We are seeking a polished and driven Premium Property Consultant to join our team and represent our high‑quality residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi’s most desirable communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote premium‑level properties to local and international clients
• Conduct property tours, lifestyle‑focused presentations, and investment consultations
• Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, payment plans, and market trends
• Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and accuracy
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, partners, and returning clients
• Ensure accurate CRM documentation and adherence to company sales processes
• Deliver exceptional service aligned with premium market expectations

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales or high‑end client services is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build trust with international clients and premium buyers
• Professional appearance and strong business etiquette
• Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, etc.) are an advantage
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
