Prep Cook/Dishwasher

We are currently looking to hire Prep Cook/Dishwasher to join our team at Indulgence. Daytime availability required.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working in a restaurant and must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to be adaptable and help make sure the kitchen runs smoothly. Duties may include but are not limited to:

• cleaning all dishes in an efficient and sanitary way
• putting all dishes and equipment away in their designated spaces
• maintaining an extremely clean work area
• kitchen prep, including chopping, portioning, and other tasks as needed
• daily cleaning of the dish area and kitchen
• stocking and putting away inventory (some lifting required)
• must possess NM Food Handler card or obtain within 2 weeks of hire
