Dishwasher/Steward

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/steward to work part time and join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for bakery dishes, flatware, pots, pans, tools and utensils in a small but busy commissary bake shop. MONDAY, THURSDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.

Duties
- Hand wash bakery pans, tubs, and tools etc in 3 compartment sink.
- Store clean equipment and utensils
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with kitchen prep tasks as required
- Support kitchen staff by helping with various tasks as needed

- receiving and organizing inventory

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Willingness to assist in other areas of the kitchen when needed
- Culinary or hospitality background is a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
