Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PREP PERSON to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in food preparation, ensuring that all ingredients are prepped and ready for cooking. must be able to lift 50 pound bags. wednesday through sunday 3pm to 8pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring.
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food preparation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, and mixers safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to meet daily production needs.
• Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Participate in catering events as needed, ensuring timely delivery of prepared items.
