Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients such as fruit cups, wraps, salads, following Chick-fil-A recipes and procedures.
• Maintain accurate stock levels by labeling, dating, and rotating inventory (FIFO) to ensure freshness and safety.
• Clean and sanitize prep stations, equipment, and tools consistently throughout your shift.
• Work closely with kitchen and leadership teams to meet daily production goals.
• Ensure all checklists are complete before end of shift
• Uphold Chick-fil-A’s high standards of food safety, hygiene, and core values in every task.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older with a strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and willingness to learn Chick-fil-A standards.
• Previous kitchen or prep experience is a plus but not required.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs comfortably.
• Comfortable working in both cold prep and warm kitchen areas.
