Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Expert to lead the distribution and client onboarding for our new Corporate Prepaid Card proposition. This role is critical in building the sales infrastructure, driving B2B client acquisition, and ensuring the successful market launch and scaling of the program.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of Corporate and Commercial clients for prepaid card solutions.
  • Design and implement sales structures, processes, and servicing models.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity identification to client onboarding.
  • Articulate the value proposition related to process efficiency, cost savings, and control benefits.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate with internal teams for client support.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Maintain CRM, track pipeline activity, and report on sales performance.
  • Provide market feedback to help refine the Travel & Expense (T&E) card offering.


Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of experience in corporate banking sales and relationship management.
  • Proven track record in B2B solution selling to CFOs, Treasurers, or Procurement Heads.
  • Strong understanding of commercial card programs, expense management, and payment infrastructure.
  • Experience engaging multinational and large corporate clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in launching or scaling a commercial card program.
  • Familiarity with card platforms, ERP integrations, and reporting tools.


This is a 12 months contract and renewable.
