We're Hiring – Preparation & Paint Manager

Location: Bahrain, Sakhir | Full-time

Are you a detail-driven leader with a passion for precision finishes and production excellence? We’re looking for a skilled Preparation & Paint Manager to join our team and take charge of our coating and surface perfection processes!

What you'll be doing:

- Ensure smooth workflow in surface preparation as per quality standards and SOPs.

- Monitor production quality, optimize processes, and and addressing any bottlenecks or issues.

- Ensure paint and coating applications meet quality standards and specs.

- Improve paint application processes for efficiency and waste reduction.

- Train and supervise painters, technicians, and coating staff.

- Manage inventory to maintain stock levels and reduce waste.

- Collaborate with technical teams to develop or improve paint products.

- Establish and maintain quality control procedures, including testing raw materials, monitoring production, and inspecting finished goods.

- Lead R&D efforts to enhance paint formulations, colors, and performance, working with chemists, engineers, and designers.

Who you are:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent from a reputable university.

- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in paint manufacturing, coating application, or related industries—preferably in a production environment.

- Proficient in written and spoken English; multilingual skills are a plus.

- Familiar with quality control processes and defect tracking systems.

- Skilled in paint formulation, application techniques, and performance testing.

- A proactive leader with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing setting.
