Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Prepress / Design / Creative professional to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of preparing print and digital materials for production, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality, color accuracy, and visual impact. Your creative expertise will help transform concepts into compelling visual solutions that resonate with audiences across various media. Responsibilities

• Prepare print-ready files using advanced prepress techniques, ensuring all specifications align with production requirements
• Manage color calibration and color management processes to guarantee accurate reproduction across different printing platforms
• Design engaging layouts and graphics utilizing Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (We use a lot of illustrator)
• Collaborate with clients and production teams to develop creative concepts for print advertising, packaging, and promotional materials
• Oversee the quality control process by inspecting proofs, checking for typography consistency, layout accuracy, and color fidelity

Requirements (not required but helpful)

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing layout design, typography, and print advertising projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential
• Knowledge of prepress processes including file preparation, trapping, imposition, and proofing techniques
• Familiarity with color management systems and calibration tools to maintain color consistency across devices
• Understanding of screen printing techniques and workflow procedures
• Strong attention to detail in quality
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
