Position Overview: As a Graphics / Prepress Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless transition from concept to print. If you have a passion for turning designs into visually stunning prints, an eye for detail, and a proficiency in prepress operations, we invite you to bring your expertise to our forward-thinking printshop.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and the customer accounts team to review and prepare graphic files for print production.

• Conduct preflight checks to ensure files meet print specifications and make necessary adjustments.

• Utilize industry-standard software for color correction, image manipulation, and layout adjustments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to file compatibility, resolution, and other prepress considerations.

• Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate and efficient printing processes.

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in prepress technology.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphics / Prepress Technician, preferably in a busy large format print or graphics production setting.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant prepress software.

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
