PREQUALIFICATION / REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS, VENDORS & SERVICE PROVIDERS

Shifa Foundation, a non-profit humanitarian organization, invites applications from eligible, reputable, and experienced Suppliers, Vendors, and Service Providers for prequalification/registration for the year 2025–2026.

The objective of this process is to establish a pool of qualified vendors for the provision of goods and services required for Shifa Foundation’s programs and operations across Pakistan.

Organizational Background

Shifa Foundation works in the areas of Health, Nutrition, WASH, Food Security, Livelihoods, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Education, with operations across Pakistan, guided by the principles of impartiality, neutrality, and accountability.

Categories for Prequalification (including but not limited to):

• General Supplies

• Non-Food Items / Kits

• Food Items / Packs

• IT Equipment & Services

• Contractual & Specialized Services

• Printing & Media Services

• Rental Services (including Rent-a-Car)

• Miscellaneous Services (Hotels, Catering, Maintenance, Skilled Labour, etc.

Eligibility & Evaluation

Applications will be evaluated based on, but not limited to:

• Legal status & registration

• Financial soundness

• Relevant experience

• Technical capability & resources

• Client references & past performance

• Geographical coverage

• Non-blacklisting affidavit

• Completeness of documentation

Mandatory information must be provided; non-compliance will result in disqualification.
