Sales & Customer Impact

Secure
net-new and expansion wins for Microsoft Copilot
by identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the
Customer Lifecycle Manager (CLM)
and
Partner Connection Manager (PCM)

Engage customers to articulate
Microsoft Copilot value propositions
, differentiation, and business outcomes aligned to their productivity, automation, and AI adoption goals

Position Copilot within the broader
Modern Work, Security, and Business Applications ecosystem
, tailored to customer maturity and industry needs

Meet and exceed
monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
for revenue, pipeline creation, and consumption metrics
Technical Pre-Sales & Solution Design

Provide
technical overviews and architecture guidance
for Copilot solutions across:

Microsoft 365 Copilot
-
Copilot for Sales, Service, and Finance
-
Power Platform Copilot
-
Security Copilot (where applicable)
-
Develop
technical feasibility assessments
and solution proposals demonstrating secure, scalable, and responsible AI adoption

Audit and validate
deployment prerequisites, licensing models, and pricing projections
to ensure accurate cost expectations for customers

Demonstrate Copilot capabilities via
live demos and structured walkthroughs over Microsoft Teams
Enablement & Thought Leadership

Act as the
primary Copilot technical contact
for the SMB Vendor Tele or Digital Sales teams

Deliver
group and 1:1 enablement sessions
internally on Copilot use cases, architecture, and objection handling

Achieve and maintain
Level 300 technical proficiency
across Copilot, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI services

Stay continuously informed on
AI innovation, Copilot roadmap updates, responsible AI principles, and competitive offerings
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
-
3–5 years
in technology sales, pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical business development

Proven experience in a
customer-facing technical sales or pre-sales role
-
Experience designing, deploying, or supporting
Modern Work, Productivity, or Collaboration solutions
-
Familiarity with
cloud-native architectures on Azure
, especially identity, security, and data services that underpin Copilot
