Presales Consultant (Dynamics 365)

Ensure close collaboration with the sales team to offer comprehensive pre-sales support in order to successfully meet sales targets. Clearly demonstrate the value of the company's solution to potential customers. Enhance proficiency in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical approach and develop proposal plans to identify optimal solutions that align with the requirements for successful proposals.

Job Description:

  • Secure new customer wins for Microsoft Dynamics: Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with the Customer Lifecycle Manager and Partner Connection Manager.
  • Present Microsoft’s Dynamics value propositions and differentiation that align with customers’ business objectives and IT initiatives based on expertise in solution selling techniques and selling cloud-based solutions.
  • Provide product overview and insights pertinent to customer needs and usage scenarios.
  • Provide technical consultancy for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
  • Demonstrate aspects of the technical and business solution to customers over Teams
  • Execute quick technical feasibility assessments and proposal developments for the customer's identified solutions.
  • Act as the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team with potential customers
  • Conduct group and one-on-one training across the Center on subjects of expertise
  • Meet and exceed team-level monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for net new revenue and sales pipeline, as well as operational metrics

Skills Needed:

  • 3-5 years of technology-related sales or business development experience; Experience working within a technical sales or presales environment is a Must.
  • Exceptional presentation and demonstration skills and comfortable presenting at Senior Executive / Board level.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions including the Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights apps.
  • Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 development options and capabilities.
  • Knowledge of supporting Microsoft solutions including Microsoft 365 and Teams and how they operate with Dynamics 365.
  • Solution Knowledge: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations with minimum 3 years presales experience in D365. MB310/330/700
  • Dynamics 365 Certifications is a must.
  • Working understanding of complementary emerging technologies including AI and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
  • Exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills to succeed in a customer-facing role
