Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Systems Tendering & Estimation Engineer (Pre-Sales) located in Al Khobar.

• Must have expertise in designing/implementing medium size to large-scale integrated physical security solutions, including CCTV, ANPR, Access Control, Gate Barrier, Intercom, Digital Signage, Passive and Active Networking Systems, IDAS.

• Knowledge and experience in handling and preparing technical documents including but not limited to technical submittals, technical review documents, BID Documents.

• Experience in bid management, attending pre/post tender meetings, solution presentations, site survey.

• Develop the Estimation and costing sheets of the project. (Equipment and Installation/ Services).

• Generate BOQ from the tender drawings for all related systems of ELV & ICT.

• Prepare detailed technical & commercial proposals, BOQs, and cost estimations for Integrated Security Systems (IPCCTV, SACS, IDAS, Physical Security, PAGA, fence intrusion, etc.) compliant with HCIS 2017 and Aramco standards (SAES / SAEP).

• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and RFQs to provide optimized, competitive solutions.

• Coordinate with OEMs & internal engineering teams to gather pricing, product specs, and delivery timelines.

• Support sales team with design presentations, pre-bid clarifications, and client engagements.

• Keep up-to-date with evolving HCIS and Aramco security specifications and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ MANDATORY experience in commercial, education and Oil & Gas sectors.

• Graduate in Engineering discipline.

• Must have knowledge on SAES & HCIS standards.

• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and related technologies.

• Excellent awareness of Microsoft office tools.
