Job Description: Civil Estimation Engineer

Role Overview
An Estimation Engineer supports Saudi Aramco’s capital management in the Projects Coordination Department, particularly for pipelines, distribution systems, and terminal projects (C1 type).

Mandatory requirements:

• Proven track record in KSA with a recognized contractor/consultant.
• Hands-on experience in infrastructure projects (water networks, pipelines, roads, utilities).
• Prior work with clients such as NWC, SWCC, ARAMCO, Royal Commission (RC), etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point with PMOD (Project Management Operations Division) estimation team
• Develop engineering work order estimates and endorse GES+ estimates before submission to PMOD
• Analyze project specs/scope to determine EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) costs
• Collect actual cost data for benchmarking; build and maintain estimation database
• Support bid package preparation and propose process improvements
• Maintain records for estimates, changes, and costs for financial reporting; monitor industry trends and risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering
• Minimum 5 years of estimation experience
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in cost-estimating tools and Excel, experience in onshore/offshore construction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
