Presales Engineer

Job Purpose / Role :

To support presales consultants in delivering tailored technical solutions that meet client needs, ensuring effective collaboration across teams, and providing expert consultancy to drive customer satisfaction and business success.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Assist presales consultants in developing technical specifications for complex solutions in alignment with client needs and project requirements.

2. Actively participate in responding to tenders and collaborating with third parties, ensuring the provision of appropriate solutions that meet customer requirements.

3. Provide exceptional technical consultancy services to clients, helping them select solutions that align with their business and technical objectives.

4. Coordinate across departments and teams to ensure the development of integrated and tailored solutions that address client needs.

5. Conduct detailed technical feasibility studies and coordinate with cross functional teams to evaluate the best available options for clients.

6. Assist in organizing and delivering technical seminars to help clients understand the proposed solutions and how they can benefit from them.

7. Liaise regularly with product managers to ensure the development of solutions that effectively meet market and client demands.

8. Work with technical and sales teams to understand client requirements, design and present customized architectural solutions that meet their business and technical needs, ensuring alignment with budget and technical feasibility.

9. Participate in delivering technical presentations, assist sales teams in client meetings, offer technical consultancy to solve complex issues, and ensure proposed solutions accurately address client needs.

Job Specifications

Required Education Level, Skills & Abilities (Specific Policies, Certifications, etc.) Required Experience

• B. Sc. or higher degree in Telecommunication or Computer engineering, or related field

• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.

• Good understanding of telecommunication technology and concepts

• Minimum 2 Years’ relevant experience.
