Role Summary

We are seeking a technically strong PreSales Engineer to support our business development activities across Radio and ELV systems projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing winning technical proposals, engaging with clients, and supporting the tendering process for ADNOC and major Oil & Gas projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and detailed BOQ documentation for Radio and ELV systems projects
• Lead and support RFQ/RFP tender submissions for ADNOC and other Oil & Gas clients
• Coordinate with vendors for product selection, technical specifications, and competitive pricing
• Conduct client presentations, technical discussions, and site surveys to understand project requirements
• Develop and review technical compliance documents in line with ADNOC specifications and standards
• Collaborate with the project management and delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility and scope alignment
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Radio systems (TETRA, DMR) and ELV systems (CCTV, PAGA) product landscape
• Prepare and maintain a library of standard technical documents, templates, and product datasheets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunications Engineering
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry in a PreSales or Technical Sales role
• Strong technical knowledge of Radio systems: TETRA, DMR, and ELV systems: CCTV and PAGA
• Demonstrated experience in ADNOC tendering, RFQ/RFP processes, and BOQ preparation
• Proficiency in preparation of technical proposals and solution designs
• Experience in vendor coordination, product selection, and pricing strategy
• Strong client engagement, presentation, and communication skills
• Understanding of ADNOC specifications, standards, and project compliance requirements
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills

✅ Preferred (Highly Advantageous)

Candidates with prior experience bidding for and winning ADNOC contracts, or with established relationships with ADNOC procurement teams, will be given strong preference.

Mandatory Condition
