The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing winning technical proposals, engaging with clients, and supporting the tendering process for ADNOC and major Oil &amp; Gas projects in the UAE.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and detailed BOQ documentation for Radio and ELV systems projects</li><li>Lead and support RFQ/RFP tender submissions for ADNOC and other Oil &amp; Gas clients</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for product selection, technical specifications, and competitive pricing</li><li>Conduct client presentations, technical discussions, and site surveys to understand project requirements</li><li>Develop and review technical compliance documents in line with ADNOC specifications and standards</li><li>Collaborate with the project management and delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility and scope alignment</li><li>Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Radio systems (TETRA, DMR) and ELV systems (CCTV, PAGA) product landscape</li><li>Prepare and maintain a library of standard technical documents, templates, and product datasheets</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunications Engineering</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of experience in the Oil &amp; Gas industry in a PreSales or Technical Sales role</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of Radio systems: TETRA, DMR, and ELV systems: CCTV and PAGA</li><li>Demonstrated experience in ADNOC tendering, RFQ/RFP processes, and BOQ preparation</li><li>Proficiency in preparation of technical proposals and solution designs</li><li>Experience in vendor coordination, product selection, and pricing strategy</li><li>Strong client engagement, presentation, and communication skills</li><li>Understanding of ADNOC specifications, standards, and project compliance requirements</li><li>Excellent documentation and reporting skills</li></ul>✅ Preferred (Highly Advantageous)Candidates with prior experience bidding for and winning ADNOC contracts, or with established relationships with ADNOC procurement teams, will be given strong preference.Mandatory ConditionApplicants must have direct, hands-on experience in ADNOC project bidding and tendering (RFQ/RFP/BOQ). Presales Engineer – ELV & Radios (ADNOC Projects)

Job description:We are looking for a Project Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to support business development and project sales in the Oil &amp; Gas and Industrial sectors.⸻Key Responsibilities:* Generate and convert project sales leads in Oil &amp; Gas and Industrial sectors* Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC companies, contractors, system integrators, and OEMs* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project award* Understand client requirements and provide techno-commercial solutions* Handle tendering, estimation support, and proposal submissions* Review tender documents, scope of work, drawings, and specifications* Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements* Prepare BOQ and BOS* Ensure scope compliance and identify deviations* Prepare technical queries (TQs) and coordinate clarifications with clients* Support estimation and cost preparation for project proposals* Coordinate with internal engineering and execution teams for successful project deliveryRequirements:* Proven experience in Project Sales within Oil &amp; Gas / Industrial sectors* Strong existing network and relationships in the industry* Knowledge of project execution, installation, and commissioning works* Basic knowledge in Mechanical / Electrical / Telecom / Instrumentation /Fabrication disciplines* Experience in pre-qualification and tendering processes* Strong communication and negotiation skills* Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets* Willing to attend outdoor client meetings, site visits, industry events, and networking activitiesPay: AED8,500.00 - AED9,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of Oil and Gas Sales Experience?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
