This role is designed to be flexible suitable for a hands-on Presales Engineer or an experienced Presales Lead blending deep technical expertise, customer engagement, and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with enterprise customers to understand IT landscape, compliance needs, and security challenges.
  • Design cybersecurity solutions across network security, SIEM/SOC, IAM, endpoint, and cloud security.
  • Prepare proposals, BoMs, architecture diagrams, and scope-of-work.
  • Deliver solution presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
  • Support sales with RFP/RFI responses and ensure compliance alignment.
  • Conduct product competitive analysis and positioning.
  • Mentor junior presales engineers and coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and delivery teams.
  • Contribute to account strategies and presales pipeline growth.
  • Stay updated with cybersecurity threats, technologies, and compliance requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong presales, solution consulting, and account management experience.
  • Expertise in enterprise security solution design and PoC delivery.
  • Skilled in RFP/RFI processes, proposal building, and technical documentation.
  • Hands-on with firewalls, endpoint security, SIEM, UEM, cloud-native security, and DLP.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • (Lead-level) Team mentoring, collaboration, and presales strategy ownership.
