Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Presales Executive for our Interactive Flat Panel Display (IFPD) product line. The candidate will be responsible for product demonstrations, understanding customer requirements, preparing technical & commercial documentation for tenders, and handling listings & quotations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Demonstrations & Technical Support

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients, partners, and channel teams.
  • Explain product features, technical specifications, and benefits clearly.
  • Assist the sales team during client meetings to provide technical expertise.
  • Set up demo units at customer sites or exhibitions and ensure smooth operation.

2. Pre-Sales Support

  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IFPD configurations and solutions.
  • Prepare customized proposals, BOQs, and solution presentations.
  • Support sales in responding to RFPs/RFQs and tender requirements.

3. Tender & Documentation

  • Analyze government and corporate tenders related to Interactive Flat Panels, projectors, and AV products.
  • Prepare and submit technical compliance sheets, data sheets, and supporting documents as per tender specifications.
  • Coordinate with OEMs/Principals for technical clarifications and certifications.

4. GeM Portal Management

  • Handle product listing, updating, and pricing management on the GeM Portal.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, bids, and product specifications on GeM.
  • Track tender notifications and manage bid submissions.

5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical support teams.
  • Provide feedback from clients to the product and sales teams for improvement.
  • Maintain records of demos, client interactions, and tender submissions.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in presales or technical sales, preferably in Interactive Flat Panels, Audio-Visual (AV), or EdTech solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of IFPDs, projectors, OPS, touch technologies, and AV connectivity.
  • Experience working on GeM portal and handling government tenders.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and client-handling skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation.
  • Ability to travel for client demos and presentations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience with brands like BenQ, ViewSonic, Samsung, LG, Newline, Promethean, etc.
  • Understanding of Smart Classroom Solutions, Video Conferencing, and AV Integration.
  • Knowledge of tender documentation formats and technical evaluation process.
