Presales Executive / Business Development Executive

Doha, Qatar

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in sales support, client servicing, or business development. Work Experience in a GCC-based organization or serving clients in the GCC is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

Work Location:

Doha, Qatar

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Engage with existing and potential clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand requirements and promote company services.
  • Accurately capture and update client details and interactions in the ATS CRM.
  • Ensure timely follow-up proposals are shared with clients and coordinate with the Sales team as needed.
  • Generate leads through platforms like BNC for relevant industries, including construction and oil & gas.
  • Conduct background research on client companies to identify key decision-makers and verify contact information.
  • Coordinate appointments and client meetings for the Sales team and COO.
  • Share company profiles with new leads and build rapport with prospective clients.
  • Support in mobilization coordination, follow-up documentation (e.g., LPOS, contracts, timesheets), and interdepartmental coordination with recruitment and operations.
  • Update and maintain client records in ATS CRM to reflect the most current status and interactions.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with diverse teams and clients.
  • Willingness to take initiative and go the extra mile in client engagement.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in documentation, compliance, and workforce management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive and collaborative team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
