Master works is looking for a Senior Solutions/ Presales Manager to play a critical role in driving the
company's growth by leading presales activities . This role involves understanding client needs,
designing tailored technology solutions, and aligning them with the company's products and
services. The Senior Presales Manager is crafting a compelling proposals, solution architectures,
and winning strategies that demonstrate clear business value to clients. He is responsible for
leading the design, and governance all RFx from end-to-end with the solutions and aligning with
our Tech team where it maps the client needs and business objectives.
*Key Responsibilities

Lead solution design and architecture for large-scale, complex projects across cloud, data, AI, and enterprise platforms.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions that deliver measurable value and align with client goals.

Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to craft tailored solution proposals, including scope, architecture, cost models, and implementation plans.

Own the solution lifecycle — from ideation and conceptualization to delivery oversight and continuous improvement.

Guide presales teams with solution strategies, RFP responses, and customer presentations.

Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to enhance the company's solution portfolio and competitive positioning.

Engage with executive-level clients to articulate business value and technical feasibility of proposed solutions.

Ensure solution governance and compliance with internal frameworks, security, and quality standards.

Mentor and develop solution architects and consultants, promoting best practices and innovation culture
Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

12+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or business consulting, preferably in IT services, cloud, or digital transformation domains.

Proven experience in leading complex RFPs/RFQs, managing technical teams, and presenting to executive stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of enterprise solutions such as Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI, Application Development, and Managed Services.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
